The AWCO usually holds General Membership Meetings on the second Thursday of each month September through May. Email info@awco.ca for meeting details. Potential, eligible members are welcome to join us for one General Meeting prior to submitting membership application and payment.

In lieu of some regular meetings, we hold holiday events:
Executive Board Meetings are usually on the Thursday preceding the General Meeting.

During each meeting:
- Bottled water and individual snacks will be provided. There may be a few meetings that have a nominal fee depending on the program.
- Social activities and philanthropic opportunities are announced
- Various programs and speakers are scheduled each month
- Optional lunch following the meeting each month

- November: Thanksgiving Luncheon and Vendor Fair
- May: Spring Luncheon
