How to Become a Sponsor

Fill Out Our Form

Download the Sponsorship Form (PDF) to share your interest and tier preference (Stars or Stripes).

2.

We’ll Follow Up

Our team will contact you within 2 business days to:

  • Confirm your chosen sponsorship tier.
  • Request your advertisement materials (see guidelines in section #3).
  • Provide secure payment instructions (e-transfer/cash/check).

3.

Finalize Your Sponsorship

Email your ad materials to info@awco.ca and complete payment to activate your benefits.

Advertisement Guidelines:

  • Business card ads: 3.5” x 2” (JPEG/PNG, 300 dpi).
  • Full-page ads: 5” x 8” (color only, JPEG/PNG, 300 dpi).
