Executive Board:
President:
Presides at all meetings of the Club and the Executive Board.
1st
Vice President:
Plans programs, makes all arrangements
for monthly meetings.
2nd
Vice President: Coordinates interest groups, assists the President.
Secretary: Records minutes for all General and Executive
Board Meetings.
Treasurer:
Collects dues and fees, pays bills, and prepares annual audit.
Honorary
President: Provides advice and counsel to the club.
Correspondence: Conducts club correspondence as directed
by the President.
External
Relations: Solicits advertising and publicity for the
club.
Hospitality: Sets-up refreshments for general meetings and
New Member Coffees.
Information Technology: Oversees all technology related concerns for the Club.
Membership: Compiles club directory, club roster, provides
name tags for meetings.
Newsletter: Assembles monthly newsletter and sends to members.
Service: Researches charitable disbursements, volunteer,
and philanthropic activities.
Special
Events: Plans special events for club year.
Ways
and Means: Organizes fund-raising activities
to benefit local charities.
